Danielle has a background in finance and accounting and has worked for a local wealth management company for over 15 years. She has an MBA in Accounting, and recently opened her own consulting business, Dee Business Consultant, where she specializes in offering tax preparation, accounting, and financial services to small business owners and individuals. While you may not see Danielle out in the field, she manages the majority of the background operations that make your local My Handyman franchise operate seamlessly. She brings a keen attention to detail and a “get it done” attitude to the business, along with a genuinely friendly demeanor and an authentic desire to help others.
Eric has a diverse background in management, with a focus on managing teams where timeliness, efficiency, and safety are critical to customer satisfaction, and to the success of the business. Prior to joining the My Handyman franchise as a co-owner, Eric was an Assistant Store Manager for an independent grocery company, where he aided in managing and building the brand for 20 years for a semi-retired owner. Before that, Eric worked as the General Manager for a manufacturing company for about 7 years, where he was responsible for running the day-to-day business. His natural leadership skills combined with an innate ability to efficiently coordinate operations for complex teams are what allow him to manage a team of skilled handyman professionals to consistently deliver exceptional service.

Meet Tamra Ray, our customer service representative. Tamra has many years as a customer service specialist and is knowledgeable of home maintenance and repair. She is excited to work with My Handyman and to deliver our Code of Values daily: To treat each customer with RESPECT, Communicating and operating with INTEGRITY, and Having a CUSTOMER FOCUS to understand and appreciate the customer needs - all while HAVING FUN in the process. Dean is from the great state of Maine and has been working within the industry for over 30 years. Starting in his family's business as a teen, Dean was the go-to neighborhood assembler and installer for all the neighborhood families’ needs. Though his skills are vast and wide, he has a strong background in plumbing and electrical work. He is well-versed in flooring and carpentry as well. Dean enjoys spending his time with his adult children and assisting friends in need. He has a creative mind and therefore is always finding creative answers to fix problems. He is our true MacGyver!
A New Hampshire native, Mike's career journey prior to joining our team has been extensive. Mike served our country protecting our borders while enlisted in the Coast Guard and has worked in the trades his entire adult life, having held many positions in his lengthy career. He specializes in carpentry and finish work. So, if you need crown molding installed or repaired, he is your guy! While well-versed in the trades, Mike can offer extensive counseling to handle most any project out there. His knowledge of building and finish work are extensive. I enjoy quoting Mike when I asked him how long it would take to do X. His reply is always, "It's gonna take what it's gonna take to do it right!" Mike's mild manner and matter-of-fact approach to projects makes him a valued asset to our team.
Scott has been working in the trades for 25 years, doing commercial finish work and hard framing, as well as roofing, installing windows and doors, and much more. He has a strong passion for hardscape and building stone walls and sheds. Scott is married and has four children. His hobbies include fishing, camping, and spending time with his family.
