Danielle has a background in finance and accounting, and has worked for a local wealth management company for over 15 years. She has an MBA in Accounting, and recently opened her own consulting business, Dee Business Consultant, where she specializes in offering tax preparation, accounting, and financial services to small business owners and individuals. While you may not see Danielle out in the field, she manages the majority of the background operations that make your local My Handyman franchise operate seamlessly. She brings a keen attention to detail and a “get it done” attitude to the business, along with a genuinely friendly demeanor and an authentic desire to help others.
Eric has a diverse background in management, with a focus on managing teams where timeliness, efficiency, and safety are critical to customer satisfaction, and to the success of the business. Prior to joining the My Handyman franchise as a co-owner, Eric was an Assistant Store Manager for an independent grocery company, where he aided in managing and building the brand for 20 years for a semi-retired owner. Before that, Eric worked as the General Manager for a manufacturing company for about 7 years, where he was responsible for running the day to day business. His natural leadership skills, combined with an innate ability to efficiently coordinate operations for complex teams are what allow him to manage a team of skilled handyman professionals to consistently deliver exceptional service.

Meet Tamra Ray, our customer service representative. Tamra has many years as a customer service specialist and is knowledgeable of home maintenance and repair. Meet Arthur, aka. “Artie”. He has worked as a carpenter for more than 20+ years of his life, starting his first job working to maintain his mother's 4-unit apartment building. Soon after, Artie began a successful business with his brother remodeling houses at age 18. He possesses a vast amount of knowledge within several trades. His wide range of skills makes him an extremely valued member of our team. Artie enjoys boating and entertaining with friends and family. Prior positions with other home remodeling companies after the closure of his own business, have helped him to build an in-depth understanding of home repair work. We feel you will enjoy and benefit from Artie’s extensive background.
Meet Mark. Mark and his family enjoy spending time on their family's 100-year-old farm, located in northern Massachusetts. For more than half his life, Mark has worked as a stone mason and carpenter. He enjoys spending quality time with his family and coaching youth sports in his spare time. Mark’s farm has mini donkeys and pigs, as well as goats. We feel lucky to have Mark as one of our trusted service technicians, and we know you’ll feel the same.
Meet Mike. Mike joined our team in March, 2020, and has handled every change and living the new Handyman Way with a positive and gracious smile. Mike has been in the trades his entire career and has successfully worked for himself, too. He is great with all types of carpentry, especially decks. He is our go-to deck technician, but can help with any of the items on your “Honey-do” list. We are happy to have Mike on our team.
